Ελεύθερος υπό όρους ο αστυνομικός της Βουλής

Στο εδώλιο του Αυτοφώρου θα καθίσει την Πέμπτη το πρωί ο 35χρονος αστυνομικός της Βουλής, ο οποίος συνελήφθη έπειτα από μήνυση της συζύγου του και κατηγορείται για ενδοοικογενειακή απειλή κατ’ εξακολούθηση.

Για τις υπόλοιπες καταγγελίες της συζύγου του κατηγορουμένου οι οποίες αφορούν παλαιότερα περιστατικά διεξάγεται προκαταρκτική εξέταση από την Εισαγγελία Πλημμελειοδικών Αθηνών, όπως και για τη μήνυση του αστυνομικού εις βάρος της συζύγου του, για ψευδή καταμήνυση.

Η δίκη του κατηγορουμένου αναβλήθηκε χθες λόγω κωλύματος στο πρόσωπο του δικηγόρου του και αφέθηκε ελεύθερος υπό τον όρο ότι δεν θα προσεγγίζει και δεν θα επικοινωνεί με την καταγγέλλουσα η οποία δεν ήταν παρούσα στο δικαστήριο.
