At the annual Brownstone Institute conference and gala, founder Jeffrey Tucker presents an award to National Institutes of Health Director Dr. Jay Bhattacharya for being a champion of free speech and independent thought during the COVID-19 period.
Tucker, a senior economics columnist at The Epoch Times, founded the Brownstone Institute in May 2021 in response to the impact of COVID-19-era policies, from censorship to lockdowns to medical mandates.
