Tο μήνυμα της Ουάσινγκτον προς τον κόσμο είναι ότι δεν υπάρχει θέση για βία στην αμερικανική δημοκρατία

Ο Υπουργός Εξωτερικών των ΗΠΑ συγκάλεσε τα ανώτατα στελέχη του Στέιτ Ντιπάρτμεντ τη Δευτέρα και ζήτησε να στείλουν ένα μήνυμα σε όλον τον κόσμο, όσον αφορά τη δέσμευση της Αμερικής στη δημοκρατία και το κράτος δικαίου, μετά την απόπειρα δολοφονίας του πρώην Προέδρου Ντόναλντ Τραμπ.

Ο εκπρόσωπος του Στέιτ Ντιπάρτμεντ Μάθιου Μίλερ είπε στους δημοσιογράφους ότι το μήνυμα της Ουάσινγκτον προς τον κόσμο είναι ότι δεν υπάρχει θέση για βία στην αμερικανική δημοκρατία.

Πρόσθεσε ότι το Υπουργείο Εξωτερικών καταδικάζει την επίθεση στον Τραμπ αλλά και κάθε μορφή πολιτικής βίας.
