Τέσσερις άνθρωποι έχασαν τη ζωή τους και άλλοι τραυματίστηκαν από σφαίρες σε περιοχή κοντά σε ισλαμικό τέμενος στη συνοικία Ουάντι αλ Καμπίρ της Μουσκάτ, της πρωτεύουσας του Ομάν, ανακοίνωσε τις πρώτες πρωινές ώρες της Τρίτης η Αστυνομία του Εμιράτου.

«Η βασιλική αστυνομία του Ομάν έσπευσε σε τοποθεσία όπου αναφέρθηκαν πυροβολισμοί, κοντά σε ισλαμικό τέμενος στη συνοικία Αλ Ουάντι αλ Καμπίρ», εξήγησε σε ανακοίνωσή της.

Λαμβάνονται «όλα τα μέτρα» και ακολουθούνται «διαδικασίες ασφαλείας» για να «αντιμετωπιστεί» το συμβάν, οι αρχές «συγκεντρώνουν αποδεικτικά στοιχεία και διενεργούν έρευνα» για να διαλευκανθεί η υπόθεση, πρόσθεσε η Αστυνομία του Εμιράτου μέσω X.
