A Canada-wide arrest warrant has been issued for an Edmonton woman charged in connection with a violent road rage assault in British Columbia’s Lower Mainland that hospitalized a young couple earlier this fall.
Authorities in B.C. and Alberta are joining forces to locate 35-year-old Amber Jenelle Toews, one of two suspects believed to be involved in the Sept. 8 baseball bat attack that left a 21-year-old female and a 20-year-old male with “significant but non-life-threatening injuries,” Mission RCMP said in a press release.
The other suspect, 38-year-old Edmonton resident Johnathan Hebrada-Walters, was fatally shot in an unrelated gang incident, the RCMP said. His body was found in Langley, B.C., less than two weeks after the road rage incident. …
