Veteran Fox News anchor Neil Cavuto is set to depart the network after a 28-year career.
The 66-year-old broadcaster has hosted “Your World” since Fox News’ inception in 1996.
“Neil Cavuto’s illustrious career has been a master class in journalism and we’re extremely proud of his incredible 28-year run with FOX News Media,” the network said in a statement confirming the departure.
“His programs have defined business news and set the standard for the entire industry. We wish him a heartfelt farewell and all the best on his next chapter.”
Cavuto hosts three programs across Fox News and its sister channel, Fox Business Network: the weekday shows “Your World” and “Cavuto: Coast to Coast,” as well as the weekend program “Cavuto Live.” Combined, these accounted for 12 hours of weekly programming.
