Two Saskatchewan men are facing charges following an incident in Winnipeg in which a third man was compelled to jump from a moving vehicle during an attempted robbery.
The authorities received a call from a bystander who reported witnessing a man leaping from a moving vehicle that subsequently drove away, the Winnipeg Police Service said in a Jan. 3 press release.
