The House Armed Services Committee holds a hearing titled “U.S. Military Posture and National Security Challenges in North and South America” at 10 a.m. ET on April 1.
Witnesses include Gen. Gregory M. Guillot, commander of the U.S. Northern Command and North American Aerospace Defense Command; Adm. Alvin Holsey, commander of the U.S. Southern Command; and Rafael F. Leonardo, who is performing the duties of assistant secretary of defense for Homeland Defense and Hemispheric Affairs at the Office of the Secretary of Defense.
