Erik and Lyle Menendez depart after appearing before a judge for a resentencing hearing. The brothers were convicted in 1996 of first-degree murder and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for fatally shooting their parents, Jose and Kitty Menendez, at their Beverly Hills home in 1989.
