WASHINGTON—President Donald Trump has said that he will endorse a candidate in the U.S. Senate election in Texas in 2026, in which two of his political associates are running against each other.
Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas), who has held the seat since 2002, is running for reelection to a fifth term in the Senate.
