More than 100 people have been confirmed dead since flood waters swept through central Texas last Friday. Dozens are still missing. Widespread search-and-rescue efforts are entering their fifth day, with hundreds of volunteers and more than 20 state agencies involved, according to Texas Gov. Greg Abbott.
