The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C., will consider the legality of “reciprocal” tariffs that Trump imposed on a broad range of U.S. trading partners in April, as well as tariffs imposed in February against China, Canada and Mexico. A panel of all of the court’s active judges will hear arguments in two cases brought by five small U.S. businesses and 12 Democratic-led U.S. states.
Delta Air Lines said an Airbus A330-900 from Salt Lake City to Amsterdam was hit by serious turbulence, forcing the flight to divert to Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. The airline said 25 passengers were taken to hospitals for evaluation and treatment. One passenger said people who weren’t wearing seat belts were thrown about the cabin….
