Chorney-Booth: La Brezza enters a “second golden era” thanks to its new next-generation owner

On a recent Saturday night at La Brezza – the Bridgeland institution that’s sat in the same house on 1st Avenue N.E. since 1987 – the restaurant was buzzing. Tables of regulars who had clearly been going to the restaurant for decades passed around heaping platters of pasta while younger couples out for a date night shared calamari and other appetizers.
