Chrystia Freeland to Resign From Cabinet: Reports

Transport Minister Chrystia Freeland will resign from cabinet today, according to multiple media reports.
Freeland, a former deputy prime minister, minister of finance, and foreign affairs under Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, is said to be leaving her post to take up an envoy role to Ukraine.
The Toronto MP is of Ukrainian descent and had played a key role steering Canada’s response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
