Federal Prosecutors are expected to ask a grand jury at the District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia to indict former FBI Director James Comey in the Eastern District of Virginia on Sept. 25.
Comey served as FBI director from 2013 until President Donald Trump fired him in 2017.
