PHOENIX—Instead of the usual calls for more gun laws after a shooting, AZGuns in Chandler, Arizona, saw a rush of customers after news of Charlie Kirk’s death by an assassin’s bullet.
“I had a line of customers going out the door when the news broke until about 6 o’clock in the evening. A lot of people wanted to buy,” said Nick, the store’s manager, an Army veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan, offering only his first name.
Nick said the shooting appears to have strengthened the resolve of 2nd Amendment supporters, even as authorities keep searching for Kirk’s killer….
