A Saskatchewan man wanted for sexual offence charges has been extradited from the UK, according to RCMP.
Saskatchewan RCMP said 69-year-old Earl Warren was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant and UK extradition order.
An international alert was issued for Warren after he failed to appear at the Saskatoon Court of King’s Bench in May 2023.
An RCMP investigation determined Warren had left the country and was living in London, England. Investigators promptly notified Interpol of Warren’s wanted status and began the process of requesting his formal extradition.
Police say the UK’s High Court denied Warren’s appeal this month to avoid extradition, which meant officers could bring him back to Canada to face the charges….
