ICE Arrests Illegal Immigrant Working as Illinois Police Officer

Federal immigration agents arrested a sworn police officer working in Illinois on Oct. 16, who they say has been in the United States illegally for 10 years.
Radule Bojovic worked for the Hanover Park Police Department, about 35 miles northwest of Chicago, according to the city’s records.
Bojovic, a citizen of Montenegro in southeastern Europe, originally entered the United States on a B-2 tourist visa that required him to leave the country on March 31, 2015, federal officials reported.
It is a felony for an illegal immigrant to possess a firearm, according to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
