A cease-fire in Gaza came into effect at 12 PM local time. According to U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff, CENTCOM has confirmed that the Israeli Defense Forces completed the first phase withdrawal to the yellow line at 12 PM local time. The Israeli military also confirmed the latest move. A spokesman urged Gaza residents to avoid areas under its control.
