More Deaths Reported in Multi-State Listeria Outbreak Tied to Recalled Pasta: 4 Things to Know

Federal health officials said Thursday that seven more illnesses and two deaths were reported in connection with a multi-state Listeria monocytogenes bacterial outbreak tied to recalled pasta salads that were sold at several major retailers nationwide.
The products were sold at major grocery store chains, including Trader Joe’s, Kroger, Giant Eagle, Albertsons, and others.
