President Donald Trump on Friday welcomed Ukrainian President Zelenskyy at the White House for their fifth face-to-face meeting this year. The leaders floated a weapons swap, riding momentum from the Gaza cease-fire to get peace for Ukraine. Zelenskyy proposed that Ukraine provide the United States with advanced drones in exchange for long-range tomahawk missiles. Meanwhile, Trump is expected to meet Russian president Vladimir Putin in Hungary possibly within two weeks, saying it’s to be determined if it will be a bilateral or trilateral meeting.
Federal authorities have arrested a man in Louisiana accused of participating in the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas terrorist attack. According to court documents, the 33-year-old Palestinian man is an operative for a Gaza-based paramilitary group that participated in the Hamas terrorist attack against Israel. He is also accused of lying on his U.S. visa application, where he denied his involvement with paramilitary organizations and connections to Hamas….
