A new bridge in southwestern China’s Sichuan Province has collapsed just months after opening. The bridge was built earlier this year as part of a national highway to Tibet and is now the subject of an official investigation. Authorities say no casualties were reported after part of the 2,500-foot-long Hongqi Bridge gave way on Tuesday.
