Yoplait brand Yop yogurts have been recalled in Canada due to the possible presence of pieces of plastic in the products, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) says.
The recall includes all flavours of Yoplait Canada’s 200-millilitre Yop drinkable yogurts with best before dates ranging from Oct. 21, 2025 to Jan. 12, 2026, the company says.
No other Yoplait products sold in Canada are impacted by the recall, Yoplait Canada said in a recall notice on the company’s website.
The company also says the recall is “voluntary” and “being carried out as a precaution” due to a potential defect in the products’ packaging that may result in the presence of pieces of plastic in the products….
