New Jersey Helicopter Collision Kills 1 Pilot, Injures Another

One person has died and another was seriously injured after a midair helicopter collision occurred in New Jersey, a spokesperson from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) told the Epoch Times on Dec. 28.
The crash, which involved an Enstrom 280C helicopter and an Enstrom F-28A helicopter, happened around 11:25 a.m. on Dec. 28 over the Hammonton Municipal Airport, according to the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and FAA.
Only a pilot was on board each of the aircraft when the choppers collided near the small town located 35 miles southeast of Philadelphia.
The pilot on the second helicopter was sent to the hospital with life-threatening injuries….
