Some flights out of the Toronto Pearson International Airport were disrupted on Christmas Day due to “resource constraints,” according to Canada’s air navigation service.
NAV CANADA said in a Dec. 25 post on social media that the team was “moving aircraft safely, and as quickly as possible.”
The delay lasted several hours, with a subsequent post saying traffic flow had returned to normal levels around midnight.
“The NAV CANADA team is continuing to keep everyone moving safely and efficiently. Passengers should check the status of their flight with their airline,” the post said.
