An 18-year-old Brampton woman has been arrested after allegedly stealing a Porsche and backing over the owner of the vehicle as she took off.
Peel Regional Police (PRP) said Sarah Badshaw turned herself in on Sept. 19, a day after police released footage from the Sept. 6 vehicle theft incident.
The vehicle was posted for sale on Auto Trader, according to a Sept. 20 PRP news release.
In the video, Badshaw is seen approaching the victim’s door in the area of Winston Churchill and Eglinton Avenue in Mississauga and rings the doorbell. When the victim answered, she said she was there to see the 2022 Porsche Cayenne, and that she’d like to look at it while she was waiting for her father….
