Ukraine’s military intelligence service announced it spotted a group of North Korean soldiers in Russia’s border region with Ukraine. Meanwhile, the U.S. and South Korean militaries held a multi-day air drill amid tensions with North Korea. South Korea said it might support Ukraine with lethal weapons.
