A plane crashed in a residential area of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, just after 6 p.m. on Jan. 31, according to reports and video posted on social media, with the incident leaving homes and cars in flames, and multiple casualties.
The plane crashed somewhere in the area of Roosevelt Boulevard and Cottman Avenue in northeast Philadelphia, according to local media WPVI-TV, which reported that the aircraft possibly hit several buildings and cars.
Video shared on social media shows the plane streaking toward the ground before a massive explosion lights up the evening sky.
Other footage shows black smoke billowing from what appears to be burning plane wreckage on a city street, with debris littering the ground and stunned onlookers on the street….
