While Prime Minister Mark Carney has so far been preoccupied with the response to U.S. tariffs and differentiating himself from the previous Liberal prime minister, he is expected to also focus substantially on net-zero emissions policies, as he has indicated on the campaign trail and given his past high-level roles on file.
