ICE Arrests Illegal Immigrant Wanted for Allegedly Murdering Mexican Law Enforcement Officer

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested an illegal immigrant in Connecticut wanted for allegedly killing a Mexican law enforcement officer.
“Today, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested Orlando Diaz-Cebada, an undocumented criminal from Mexico wanted for the murder of a law enforcement officer in his home country,” ICE said in a statement on June 24.
The arrest was made on June 12 but was not announced until Tuesday.
Diaz-Cebada remains in ICE custody awaiting deportation proceedings.
According to Mexican authorities, Diaz-Cebada is known as “El Leches.” He is a member of the Los Pochos gang, known for trafficking drugs for the Sinaloa Cartel, DHS said….
