BC Nurse Fired Over Gender Comments Files Human Rights Case Against Employer, Regulatory College

A B.C. nurse who was fired and found by a disciplinary panel to have committed professional misconduct over gender-related comments has filed human rights complaints against her former employer and the nurses’ regulatory college, alleging she was discriminated against for her political beliefs.
