Calgary Police Officers Help Save 4-Day-Old Baby in Medical Distress

Two Calgary police officers are being thanked for their quick actions that saved the life of a 4-day-old infant in medical distress.
The incident happened in the early hours of May 29 after Sarah and Alex noticed their newborn, Ollie, had suddenly became ill, according to a social media post by the Calgary Police Service.
The couple rushed to the South Health Campus Emergency Department. Medical staff there said the infant needed urgent care from specialists at the Alberta Children’s Hospital.
The couple decided there was no time to wait for an ambulance to take Ollie to the hospital, and decided to rush him there themselves. However, they were pulled over by Calgary Police Service Constables Browne and Green for speeding….
