PERSONALITIES had the honor to meet Ms Lilika Arnaki on the Eco Science Conference which was held in Chalki and I am more than thankful to PhD. Vicky Bafataki, because it was a reason to bring to my life this wonderful and amazing person.

Lilika Arnaki is a multitask culture person and for sure a warrior of life. She is not in rush. She doesnt’ want to reach anywhere. She exlploring the wisdom of life through art.

During her last art trip in China she was honoted her art collection to be chisen and to be kept by the Director of the National Art Museum of China.

Lilika is located in Thessaloniki, but she is a citizen of the world. She is known for her restless creativity and her ability to work with unconventional materials like burnt newspapers, sand, and recycled textiles, MIR . She was invited as a key notespeaker at the Headquarters of United Nations and she has demonstrate it exacly this. They way that artisan community has to reconsider about the same ecosystem that each one of us is belonging too. In order more young artists to get inspired and to use ecofriendly materrials and to spread messages about the circular values in order to bring awaerness about bioeconomy like an experience and not only as a theory part. Her art is a movemeng with a huge social impact.

Her work primarily centers on the human form and portraits.

This powerful poem by Lilika Arnaki, titled “Αποδέσμευση” (Release/Detachment), serves as a bold manifesto for self-sovereignty. It aligns perfectly with your 2026 themes of personal growth and living authentically. Here is the translation into English, German, and Hindi (the primary language of India).English: ReleaseYou weren’t born to please.Nor to satisfy.Nor to stay silent in the name of “peace.”You were born to live free. Whole.Without shame for your light, without guilt for your shadow. When you stop conforming to “musts” that don’t inspire you, that is when you truly begin to exist.Do not bind yourself out of politeness.Do not trade your voice to buy quietness.Freedom is not a gift. It is conquered—and it begins where tolerance ends.Leave the “little” behind and walk toward your Whole. You owe nothing to anyone—except your truth.
