Boston hosts a ceremony at 2:30 p.m. ET on June 12 recognizing a Guinness World Record for the world’s largest soccer ball. The 45-foot-diameter soccer ball is displayed at Piers Park II in East Boston ahead of the FIFA World Cup and remains on display through June 18.
