President Donald Trump on June 8 said Israel and Iran were seeking an immediate ceasefire, after a fresh exchange of missile strikes.
“Both sides, Israel and Iran, are looking to do an immediate CEASEFIRE!” Trump wrote in a post on Truth Social. “Final negotiations on ‘Peace’ are proceeding, subject to ignorance or stupidity getting in its way.”
The race for Los Angeles mayor has a new twist. Nithya Raman, who delivered a concession speech on election night, has pulled ahead of former reality TV star Spencer Pratt. The pair is battling for second place in the city’s mayoral primary.
