It was a feeling of nervous excitement for soccer fan Regina David before Cyle Larin scored the tying goal against Bosnia and Herzegovina in the second half, as she pumped her fist along with a crowd of fans watching Canada’s opening game of the World Cup.
“Both hearts are beating,” but right now for Canada, David said, referring to being born in Germany but now being Canadian.
