One of the largest lumber companies in Canada is transferring its “corporate and functional support operations” from British Columbia to Georgia amid ongoing tariffs imposed on the industry by the United States.
Interfor Corporation plans to shift most of its executive power from Burnaby to southern Metro Atlanta, according to an internal memo from the company that was obtained by the Financial Post.
