President Donald Trump kicked off July Fourth celebrations on Wednesday, cutting the red ribbon to officially open the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library. Trump delivered remarks during the dedication ceremony, paying tribute to Roosevelt and describing him as “a man who embodied the heart and soul and fight and spirit of our country.”
