Apple will begin manufacturing Mac minis from its Houston facility this year, the company announced on Thursday.
The tech company had announced plans to begin Mac mini desktop production in Houston back in February.
In an April 13 statement announcing the opening of an Advanced Manufacturing Center (AMC) in the Houston facility, the company confirmed that Mac mini production will roll out sometime this year. This will be the first time the device is being manufactured in the United States.
