The RCMP has arrested and charged a Quebec City man accused of threatening Prime Minister Mark Carney and promoting hatred against an identifiable group in social media posts.
The RCMP said in a Sept. 25 news release that it had arrested and charged Ousmane Bah, 45, with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm to a person and promoting hatred against an identifiable group.
