Tennessee Names New Bridge After Trump

Tennessee named a new bridge after President Donald Trump on July 9.
The President Donald J. Trump bridge was unveiled along Interstate 40 in Dandridge—located approximately 30 miles east of Knoxville.
The ceremony included Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), Rep. Tim Burchett (R-Tenn.), Tennessee state Rep. Jeremy Faison, Tennessee state Sen. Jessie Seal, and members of the Trump family.
“When Tennesseans sent POTUS back to Washington with the largest mandate in state history, they knew the promise of his pro-growth agenda because its principles have driven people there in droves,” Bessent wrote in an X post on Thursday.
